REPRESENTATIVE PROJECTS:
Wheaton Christian Grammar School
International Youth Sports Village
"This has been a dream of mine since my own sons attended the youth summer camp at Cooperstown Dreams Park in New York. I belived in my heart that a similar program for yourth basketball based in the Chicago Land area could be enormously succesful for the developer and more importantantly as a life changing event for the youth participants. While I myself own a sucessful finance organization, I understood that finding the right mechanism to finance such an enourmous project was going to be the real challenge. I was introduced to the Nicolosi / Buckley team by a well respected public official and hired them immediately. In my business I have worked on many multi-million dollar public projects, but I have never run across a unified team of professionals with the combined expertise in facility analysis, public finance, site planning and financial feasibility that Nicolosi / Buckley offerred. The process was timely, creative, and resulted in a comprehensive report that outlines not only the framework but the implementation steps necessary to make our project a success. Having these professionals lead our project has been a driving force in turning my dream into a viable project. These folks are really terrific to work with." - Tim Neider, TMN Financial Serevices, Park Ridge Illinois
OSF Health Care Systems
Following successful completion of our initial engagement, the client further engaged The Buckley Companies to negotiate the acquisition of property necessary to accomplish the plan, work with contractors to accurately determine cost, coordinate and collaborate with appropriate architects to begin the design of the physical facilities, undertake government entitlement and solicit economic contributions from the local community.
Blue City Holdings, LLC - Part 125 Aviation Operation
In cooperation with the client’s other consultants, Buckley provided logistical back office support for the operations including automated systems with the FAA, Home Land Security and the U.S. Department of Transportation. While this was a highly unique project, Buckley’s team stepped up, identified the issues, and searched out relevant expertise required, teamed with consultants and managed the project. The aircraft were kept flying throughout the process of building the aviation division. Flight crews, mechanics, hangers, certifications, flight scheduling, trip planning and international landing permits where all part of the learning curve required in this exciting project. Ultimately Buckley helped its client build a fully functional and stand alone Aviation Company receive its own Part 125 Certificate. Buckley’s role was complete but the client has asked Buckley to stay on in a consultative capacity. "We truly appreciate all of your hard work from the Autumn of 2007 through our transition to BCH (Autumn 2008)and our ongoing relationship. It has been an environment of perpetual change, and we understand the challenges that you rose to as a company on our behalf." - Todd Cardoza, Flight Operations, Blue City Holdings
